SAUSAGE GRAVY

What you'll have

one avoirdupois unit bulk sausage
six tablespoons general-purpose flour
three 1⁄2 cups milk
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
one teaspoon pepper
two tablespoons oleomargarine

How to build It

In a cooking pan, cook the sausage over medium heat till now not pink.
Stir in butter till liquified.
Sprinkle with flour.
Gradually stir in milk, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for three minutes.
Serve over biscuits.
