Fixings
9 lasagna noodles
2 ½ containers alfredo sauce
2 containers cooked, destroyed chicken
oregano
garlic salt
3 containers destroyed Mozzarella, or cheddar of your decision
bearings:
Splash a 8x8 dish with non-stick shower and pour ½ glass alfredo sauce, or sufficiently only to cover the base of the skillet. Bubble 8-10 glasses water in a huge dish, cook lasagne noodles until still somewhat firm. (I generally cook 1 or 2 additional in light of the fact that lasagna noodles dependably appear to break on me when I am blending them.)
Presently this is the imperative part! Deplete and flush the noodles with chilly water to keep them from adhering to one another. At that point, lay out every noodle independently and blotch dry with a paper towel.
Spread around 2 Tbs. alfredo sauce over every noodle. (in the event that there is a lot of sauce you will have a major wreckage staring you in the face!) Sprinkle oregano and garlic salt on top of sauce. Take 1/9 of the destroyed chicken and spread it out equitably over every noodle. Include approx. 3 Tbs. cheddar. To move up, begin toward one side and roll the noodle over the garnishes. You should lift the noodle a little to avert squishing out within fixings while rolling.
Place the roll-ups in the container, one by one, crease side down so they don't come unraveled. When they are all in the dish, pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the top. Top with remaining cheddar. Heat at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes, or until the cheddar is totally softened on top. I now and again cook mine the most recent 5 minutes to make the cheddar toasty on to
